Meet Campana, a new pasta restaurant coming to Northeast Portland’s Grand Army Tavern

Grand Army Tavern, Northeast Portland’s neighborhood-friendly cocktail bar and restaurant, will turn its front room into a new pasta restaurant next month, The Oregonian has learned.

The new restaurant, Campana, was born from the restaurant’s occasional pasta nights, and will start with just three nights of service a week. But this is more than some simple spaghetti feast at the local tavern.
