Heavy snow on Oregon mountains passes likely Tuesday, with flooding possible in valley

UPDATE at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12

No snow is expected in the Willamette Valley Tuesday morning below 1,000 feet, the National Weather Service said. 

However, snow and freezing rain have continued to make Interstate 84 through the Columbia River Gorge
