A bill to legalize recreational marijuana failed to pass in Michigan’s State Senate and House of Representatives. Consequently, the decision has passed to the hands of voters, who will decide on the issue in this November’s ballot. If passed, the ballot measure in question would allow adults to possess and/or sell and buy up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis.
