Krewe du Soul New Orleans Classics with a Northwest flare

Salem may be a long way from New Orleans, but it still has soul! Krewe du Soul is a new addition to our ever-growing restaurant scene. Jennifer and Steve Stephens are now proudly serving some N’awlins classics with a side of southern hospitality. What began as a food truck idea has serendipitously spawned into a brick and mortar setting. The historic Mission Mill, at the Willamette Heritage Center, is now home to the Cajun and creole operation.
